The double walled Airone XP4 Ducted Fume Cupboard is available with either air bypass or energy saving VAV (Variable Air Volume) technology. For new buildings where BREEAM conformance is required, we are able to manufacture the Airone XP4 in low flow configuration to achieve the desired containment factor specification. In 2021 the Airone XP4 was re-designed and tested to comply to BS EN 14175 and provides excellent robustness and containment making it one of the market leading fume cabinets of it's type. The Airone X Ducted Fume Cupboard has laminated glass side panels and comes with an air bypass system as standard. Commonly used for less hazardous work than the Airone XP4, the Airone X offers a cheaper, fully featured yet equally safe alternative.
We can supply a full turn-key solution when required, including the specification and installation of the required ducting and efficient inverter driven fans.
Our ductless (recirculating) fume cupboard is often a suitable alternative to ducted units. The Airone R is a fully-featured ductless fume cupboard with VAV as standard, whilst the Airone FC750 is an ideal bench top ductless fume cupboard for many applications where there is no requirement to alter sash height.
