Designed to comply with BS7258:1994 Parts I & IV and tested by CLEAPSS, the Airone X complies with Building Bulletin 88 from the Dept of Education and Employment.

Offers excellent operator protection from hazardous substances, can be bench mounted or free standing, available in four standard width sizes, plus optional services and storage available.

Specifically designed to comply with BS EN 14175 and BS7258:1994 Parts I & IV.

The Airone FC-640 compact filtration fume cupboard.

Designed to comply with BS7989:2001.

Ideally suited for use where space is at a premium, the Airone FC-640 offers excellent operator protection from hazardous substances that are routinely used in laboratories. 

Available as bench mounted or freestanding.

Polypropylene fume cupboards.

Available as ducted or filtration versions the polypropylene range is ideally suited for trace element analysis and nanotechnology. 

For laboratories using high volumes of particularly aggressive or corrosive chemicals the polypropylene Airone XP is available.   

Safelab’s Cyclonic fume scrubbers.

Specifically designed for laboratory fume cupboards. 

Self cleaning and manufactured completely in polypropylene ensures virtually trouble free operation.

Designed for high efficiency in treating a wide range of acids and alkalis, the system is also very effective in removing particulates greater than 10 micron in size.

Horizontal Laminar flow cabinets.

The KBN range of horizontal laminar flow cabinets are the most advanced alternative to sterile rooms, providing highly decontaminated working areas.  Complies with BS5295.

KBN cabinets can be used in a wide range of disciplines, including: Sterile manipulation, sterility tests, microbiology, preparation of ophthalmic solutions and culture media, assembly of equipment, TPN preparation and medical device assembly.

Vertical Laminar flow cabinets.

BIO range of vertical laminar flow cabinets; specifically designed to meet the demands of modern industrial laboratories, primarily for handling cell cultures and no-hazardous biological agents, when it is necessary to ensure product protection.  Complies with BS5295.

BI0 cabinets have applications in a wide range of disciplines, including: Quality control of pharmaceuticals  and food industries, microbiology, cell culture and sterile handling.

Class II safety cabinets.

The BH2000 range of Class II microbiological safety cabinets have been designed to comply with BS EN 12469 and BS 5295.  The provide operator and product protection and they are suitable for the manipulation of low to middle risk pathogenic agents.

The BH2000 are especially suitable for applications such as: Microbiology, virology, haematology, cell culture and recombinant DNA.

The Basic Glove Box

Engineered to fit general laboratory isolation applications or can be easily modified for specific uses.  Units are used for isolating sensitive research studies from a hostile exterior environment.

Available in two sizes, both are compact, portable, lightweight and self-contained.

The Compact Glove Box

Designed specifically for use in hazardous situations where materials to be weighed must be contained. 

The chamber is ideal for determining the dry weight or moisture content of aqueous solutions and a variety of other materials.  It minimises product degradation caused by moisture absorption.

La Petite Glove Box

This unit is comprised of essentially only two components, the top and bottom, which are sealed using a revolutionary new gel used in the clean room industry.

It has been designed to ergonomically correct for the average person, careful attention to research requirements makes this glove box very user friendly.

Formalin Vapourisers

All Formonia Formalin Vaporisers have been designed to comply to BS EN 50081-1:1992 for Emissions and BS EN 61010:1193 (LVD). 

Designed typically to be operated during overnight decontamination procedures.  The procedure is fully effective in killing micro-organisms.  Independently tested it has been shown to produce 6 log reductions of resistant Bacillus subtilis var niger spores dried onto stainless steel carriers.
