Company Profile Since its inception over 20 years ago, Safelab Systems has been at the leading edge of both ducted and filtration fume cupboard supply. Based in the South West of England we have our own in-house design and manufacturing facilities, which allow us to develop and manufacture high quality British fume cupboards. Latest ProductsThe recently introduced Airone R and RS ranges of filtration fume cupboards, along with the Airone X single wall ducted fume cupboard has further confirmed Safelab Systems as the leader in its field. With smart, efficient extruded aerofoils and high quality sliding sashes these units are undoubtedly of the highest quality available. The Airone XP double wall ducted fume cupboard utilises the same extruded aerofoil concept giving flexibility in widths, services and liner materials. EnvironmentWith the ever increasing concerns over pollution and the environment, Safelab Systems has invested heavily in the development of cyclonic scrubbing systems for fume cupboard exhausts. The system is highly patented and utilises non-blocking spray nozzles within the vortex chamber. This allows for very high, consistent and reliable absorption efficiencies from a unit that requires significantly lower maintenance than our competitors units.  In recent years, developing our vision of “The Single Source For The Complete Laboratory”, Safelab Systems has added strength and depth to its product offering and personnel to develop the microbiological and laminar flow ranges. To achieve the highest level of customer service, Safelab Systems utilises its own in-house ducting, installation and commissioning engineers. The service department continues to expand allowing for the full range of testing and servicing of carbon filtered, HEPA filtered and ducted units, as well as providing assistance and advice on laboratory design and standards. |
